2023 UKHC Speakers: Sabine Volkmann – Hypnosis for Autoimmune Disease

Sabine Volkmann

At this November’s UKHC, we’ll be welcoming back Sabine Volkmann who will be presenting and offering a half day workshop on the Monday whereby she’ll be sharing the Driving School Mental Coach programme she has developed.

She says: “My Name is Sabine, I was born in Hamburg, have a hypnosis practice in Leuneburg for over ten years. Through my hypnosis school in Dublin and Germany, I have had the honour of working as an international speaker and book author. I am also a former driving instructor and I specialise in the topic of anxiety.”

Sabine’s presentation is titled: “Hypnosis for Autoimmune Diseases – Activate your self-healing powers.”

Sabine says: I was able to feel in my own body how little conventional medicine can help here. There are approaches that say it is a reaction to viruses and environmental toxins that we consume every day. Hypnosis has an effect on our self-healing and thus on our immune system. The autonomic nervous system reacts to hypnosis. Viruses burden organs because they travel through the body with stress hormones. Reducing stress, through regular hypnosis can help your body.

She explains more in this video.
