The UK Hypnosis Convention has proven to be an open, informal and friendly occasion, where everybody is equal and respectful of each other and appreciative of different skill sets and views
The convention venue is the Renaissance London Heathrow Hotel, which is in west London conveniently close to Heathrow Airport and its transport links. All presentations and other convention events such as the Gala Dinner are held here. We will have an obvious welcome, registration and information area with some vendor tables.
You will get a confirmation email and your pass will be waiting for you at the conventions Welcome Desk.
Saturday Night Gala Dinner
On the Saturday evening, we all come together for the UKHC Annual Dinner & Keynote presentation. Afterwards party till late with some of the biggest personalities in the profession.

Full Ticket – All 3 days, Friday, Saturday & Sunday AND Saturday Night Gala Dinner
3-Day Ticket – All 3 days, Friday, Saturday & Sunday. No Gala Dinner.
Individual Day Tickets – One-day ticket for your nominated day.
Gala Dinner – Ticket for Saturday Night’s Gala Dinner only. Perfect if you want to bring a guest to dinner or don’t need a three day ticket but do want to come to the Gala Dinner as well.
Buying tickets for other people?
You can order tickets for up to 4 different people on a single order and can purchase any combination of day, full and gala tickets. You can place multiple orders if needed to buy tickets for more than 4 people.
Why do we ask for your names and email addresses?
When you check out your order you will be asked for some information about the person or people you are ordering for, including yourself, who are coming to the convention
- Their full name to print on their pass
- Their preferred email address
- Any other information we need to know about them
We print named passes for each person visiting the convention; so we do need to know what names to put on each pass for everybody on your order.
Additionally – If you have bought a combination of tickets it is not always obvious who gets which ticket. For example, if you order a 3-Day Pass with Gala Dinner and an additional Gala Dinner ticket for your partner or guest – we need to know who is attending the full convention and who is the guest. You can put this information in the Notes on your order.
We also ask you to give us your preferred email address and opt-in to our mailing list so we can keep you up to date as we add speakers and other events to the convention. We also use it to let you know of any changes that may affect you. This is important.
Note that you can opt-in to our mailing list using either your PayPal email address or the one you specify when entering the ticket holder details.
When you purchase tickets we do get the information from your PayPal account but some people have tickets bought for them (lucky people!) and other people use different email addresses for their business and their PayPal account. So PayPal information is not always helpful and to make sure we have the right information we ask for it separately as you checkout.
Are any of your party disabled and need assistance, or do we just need to be aware and make the venue aware in case of an emergency?
Have any of your party who have Gala Dinner tickets got any dietary preferences? If they have serious allergies our dinner may not be suitable as it is prepared in the hotel’s main kitchen and it is not possible to eliminate the presence of specific ingredients from the meal.
When you checkout there is a Notes field for each person in your party – this is where you can let us know of any such needs. It is important to provide this information so we can properly prepare for their participation in the convention, we cannot guarantee to be able to meet any needs we are not aware of in advance.
