When is the 2109 UK Hypnosis Convention?

The convention runs for 3 days from Friday 8th November to Sunday 10th November.

There are also Pre and Post Convention Workshops on Thursday 7th November and Monday 11th November. For full details are here UKHC Workshop Information.

How do I buy tickets?

Convention tickets (including Gala Dinner) and Workshop Tickets can be purchased on this website.

Workshop tickets can be purchased on the individual workshop details page. Browse the list of available Workshops here UKHC Workshop Information. and you view an individual Workshop details you will find an obvious button to buy your ticket.

Will my ticket be sent to me?

Your PayPal confirmation is sent to you once payment is received. You will not need any tickets. If you have not received a PayPal payment confirmation within 24hrs please contact us by email at admin@ukhypnosisconvention.org.

Can I get a refund for my ticket if I can’t come?

Is there a special room rate for the hotel?

Short answer is Yes!

£99 per night, single occupancy,  breakfast included

£109 per night double or twin occupancy , breakfast included

Is parking available?

Parking is available, charges apply. For charges for hotel residents or guests, please contact the hotel directly. Hotel information is on their website.

Are there places to eat at the hotel and nearby?

Yes. Please see hotel details on their website here. Contact the hotel or restaurant directly for information on menus, accessibility, food allergies and intolerances or anything else you need to know from them.

Do I need to register when I arrive at the UKHC?

Yes. Please come to our Welcome Desk where we will register you and issue you with your pass and lanyard, this will allow you entry to convention events for the days you have booked to attend. Please wear your lanyard at all times, it is your entry ticket!

The Welcome Desk will be open from Thursday 7th November. Times to be confirmed

Entry to Presentations, Lightning Talks and Dinner

When attending any convention event your pass will be checked, please ensure you always have it with you. You will not be allowed entry without it.

What time does the convention start and finish each day each day?

Our full schedule with timings can be found on our website under Schedule on our website.

What time does my Pre/Post Convention Workshop start/finish each day?

All workshops run between 9am and 6pm unless specified otherwise.

Where can I find a list of Presenters and presentations?

You can find a complete list of Presentations with presenter information on our Presentations Page or you can access the same information on individual presentations from the main Schedule

Can I reserve a seat for a presentation ?

We are unable to reserve seats, it’s first come, first seated! However, if you have special requirements, please speak to one of the team at our Welcome Desk, and we will do our best to help.

All the presentation rooms have good capacity, however due to strict safely rules we have a limit on the amount of people in each room which we can not exceed. A member of UKHC team will be in the rooms at all times and will let anyone know if or when a room is full. If there are presentations you especially want to see, please get to the rooms on time.

Can I buy a ticket on the day?

Yes – if tickets are still available! Please email us to check availability.

Can I buy a last minute ticket for the Gala Dinner?

We have to give final numbers a few weeks before the event so cannot guarantee we will have tickets available. Please check with us at the Welcome Desk for any cancellations.

What are the food options for the Gala Dinner?

The Gala Dinner is buffet format and offers both vegetarian and vegan options. We can cater for specific food requirements but need to be advised in advance and may not be able to do this for tickets purchased on the day.

Gala Dinner – Dress Code

It’s your chance to dress up! No need for black tie, tuxedo or long gowns and tiaras, unless of course you want to. Think, party outfits, impress the in-laws, new date, new boss – you get the idea!

If I have a complaint or problem at the Convention, who do I speak to?

Come to the Welcome Desk and we will direct you to the best person to deal with the issue.

After the convention, will I get a CPD Certificate?

Yes, these will be emailed to you within 30 days of the Convention.
