Prior to 1st April, refunds will be permitted minus a 10% processing fee.
On or after 1st April and before 19th August, refunds will be permitted minus a 25% processing fee.
One or after August 19th and before 19th October, refunds will be permitted minus a 40% processing fee.
After 19th October no refunds will be granted.
Note that payment processors may charge you additional transaction fees on some refunds, which is outside our control. You can check the relevant website (PayPal) for details.
For Trainers, cancellation of pre- and post-convention workshop classes are non-refundable if less than forty days prior to commencement.
(All dates quoted above are in the year of the convention for which the ticket was purchased.)
