Presented by
Dr Sue Peacock
Depression is one of the most prevalent mental health disorders, affecting around 1 in 6 adults in the UK. It is also associated with other mental health issues, such as anxiety, stress, loneliness and long-term health conditions such as chronic pain.
We will be looking at what is depression and its impact on people’s lives. We will be diving into the evidence base for using hypnosis to manage depression, discussing who benefits from hypnosis and who doesn’t. We will uncover strategies to break the cyclical nature of depression and share actionable methods to interrupt negative thought patterns and foster sustainable positive change that you can use with your clients.
