Play is the mindset that allows us to see the world through the eyes of possibility, not defined by our experiences and limited beliefs. It is the space where dreams are explored, the impossible imagined, and our ‘map’ of reality expanded.
Mental health matters and change work should be taken seriously, but not so solemnly that we are unable to see beyond. By cultivating playful spaces and mindsets we are able to help our clients step out of their fear based thinking and into a world of positive playful curiosity.
