Hypnosis in the Emergency Room

My research has shown how hypnosis for children when getting an injection in the emergency dept can reduce discomfort in a significant number of cases. This form of hypnotherapy using VR technology can open many doors for our profession in the medical setting from now on.

Psychologist Jason O'Callaghan is a specialist in both clinical and stage hypnosis. He runs the D4 Clinic in Ireland and in 2023 his hypnosis research was published in the world No1 medical platform The Mayo Clinic. He has appeared as an expert on ITVs this Morning and also performs at over 100 events each year as a hypnotist.
