Why do people behave the way they do?
How do we help them change?
Would you like to understand behaviour in detail, so you are best placed to help your clients, knowing exactly what you are doing, why, and for what effect?
Welcome to a fast-paced, fun, interactive, and practical, information-packed presentation on the structures of behaviour and behavioural change.
Behaviour may be complex, yet it is built upon simple structures. I’ll be making things simple for you, literally stripping back the magic of effective behavioural change work, to help you deliver the artful application of science.
I'm a hypnotherapist, behavioural change specialist, a former professional sportsman being a multiple times World Champion across a range of combat sports, a teacher coach and lecturer, and I'm undertaking a multidisciplinary PhD in behaviour, psychology, and cultural change. I'm outspoken and known to talk the talk, but also walk the walk, and only speak from an evidence base with appropriate rationale. I am also the curator of many bad jokes.
