Which elements of trance activate the creativity areas of the brain?

Rachel Gillibrand

Presented by

Rachel Gillibrand

Through watching a recording of the brain in trance, we will be able to look at how the words of trance stimulate memory centres, emotion centres and ultimately the creative thinking centres of the brain. Learn what is happening for your client as you use different elements of trance: PMR, deepeners, metaphors and hypnotic suggestions and come away with a powerful feeling of confidence in the efficacy of your work!

Dr Rachel Gillibrand is a Health Psychologist and Clinical Hypnotherapist who worked in academia for 20 years. Rachel has been conducting research into what happens in the brain during trance since becoming a hypnotherapist 8 years ago and uses EEG to measure the changes in different areas of the brain in particular associated with emotion and creativity.
