Personal development and therapy is about transformation whether you’re trying to achieve goals or you’re trying to solve problems. We often think that if we can arrange everything in our lives a certain way and surround ourselves with success and the right people, that life will be endlessly fulfilling. But we see many successful and even famous people who are miserable and despite their wealth of external resources they’re never happy. This is because our beliefs about the world around us are created based on the beliefs we have about ourselves. When you know how to elicit the structures of the beliefs about yourself, you can change them. When you change the beliefs about who you are, not only will you access your potential and live the life you’ve always wanted, reality itself will seem to change.
