Presented by
Dr Fredric Mau
We’ve known it works very efficiently for a long time.
There is an entire language wrapped about the experience of hypnosis.
The strangeness of the experience has led to stigma.
Yet hypnosis is a neurological process that engages the body directly to create epiphany changes. Genetic factors can now tell us who is more likely to benefit from the process, and neuroimaging shows not only how changes are created but also what sorts of issues are likely to be healed via our process.
It is time to rethink our story and the ways we present what we do to the public, the medical community, and even ourselves. We offer a process for healing that is empirically validated, extremely effective, very fast, and solution-focused.
*Start time will be delayed in the event of the previous session with Derren Brown overrunning
Dr. Fredric Mau is a clinical mental health counselor in the U.S. He also serves as core faculty in a medical residency program teaching hypnosis to psychiatrists. As an investigator in a clinical trial his work has been published in the British Medical Journal. Dr. Mau encapsulates the spirit of the UK Hypnosis Convention, and we are thrilled he is wrapping up this year's fantastic conference. He is a regular and very popular presenter at our convention, understands our ethos, reflects our values, and supports our vision. This will be an engaging 30 minutes for Dr. Mau to promote the field and stamp some of his own thoughts and personality upon our closing, and for you to reflect upon the event.
