Sarah is a Clinical Hypnotherapist running a busy practice in Bristol and online, integrating approaches from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in her work. She is also a college tutor and facilitator at The Anglo European College of Therapeutic Hypnosis and serves as Director for the UK Hypnotherapy Council, organisers of the UK Hypnosis Convention. In addition, Sarah is a hypnotherapy supervisor, Secretary and Trustee for the Open University Psychological Society, and is currently studying for a BSc in Psychology with the Open University.
