Out Of Your Mind

Where are you coming from? Where do you go? Would you like to know it?

“A person who thinks all the time has nothing to think about except thoughts, so, he loses touch with reality and lives in a world of illusions” – Alan Watts

During this presentation you will be invited to experiment, to step out of wherever you think you are, and join me in this state for a change. Let go of thought and have a direct, personal experience of the observer viewpoint that is essential for personal growth and professional development.

Increasingly, over the last few years, I have introduced my students to this experience and encouraged them to cultivate it for themselves. More recently, this has been extended to clients too. It took me years to learn how to step out of thinking, trust the process and allow it to develop naturally, but it can take you minutes to initiate and a lifetime to enjoy.

All I ask is that you come with a curious and open mind and bring a sense of humour with you.
