Nicola is a registered nutritional therapist and clinical hypnotherapist, and uses both disciplines together to enhance her clients' health, mentally and physically. Nicola also runs her own successful corporate wellbeing programmes through her business, Urban Wellness, and writes regularly for BBC Good Food as well as appearing in MailOnline, NetDoctor, and has recently contributed to a new book 'Walk With Your Wolf' out in May 2019.
