This presentation explores the profound impact of Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy in empowering children and teens to overcome challenges, enhance their confidence and cultivate emotional well-being. Through a combination real-life case studies and practical techniques, we delve into the ways in which CBH can be a transformative tool in children’s mental and emotional development.
With a dual degree in Clinical and Industrial Psychology I have always been passionate about developing an empowering approach across the board. Having studied at the UK College of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy under Mark Davis, I found that by combining my techniques I could effect change in my focus for children and teens. Currently I run a private practice in West Sussex working predominantly with teens and children covering anxiety, phobias, and challenging behaviours. My work also includes Coaching students through the College. I continue to work closely with youth Performance Sports teams to analyse team dynamics, increase levels of physical performance by removing mental roadblocks and resilience training to achieve their goals.
