No – this isn’t stage hypnosis, so no dancing like Travolta here! What I will be sharing is based on 8 years of successfully running Group Hypnotherapy sessions.

My goal is to demystify group hypnosis, break it down into manageable parts, and offer you a clear, practical plan you can use in your own work. I’ll share how I moved from feeling hesitant to confidently leading group therapy sessions that truly help people – and how you can do the same. We’ll explore the key hypnotic techniques for working with groups, the amazing scope of this application, and the practical details that influence success: group dynamics, legal and insurance aspects, medical screening and managing risk.

Sound daunting? It really isn’t.

Like most hypnotherapists, I learned a great deal by doing and making mistakes along the way. I’ll share the key lessons and insights that shaped my approach, so you don’t have to learn them the hard way. We’ll explore common concerns around group work and how to approach it with clarity and confidence.

Group Hypnotherapy is a powerful way to help multiple clients at once while fostering a strong sense of community, which can aid therapeutic outcomes. It also offers a sustainable way to grow your practice: more people, the same time commitment, increased referrals, and a key income stream.

By the end, you’ll see that group work isn’t “for others” – it’s for you too. Join me at UKHC26; discover this largely unexplored world. You’ll be excited… I still am!

Hi, I’m Kail. I am a registered Clinical and Analytical Hypnotherapist with training in other methodologies (CBT, EMDR, Coaching, NLP), which I integrate into my hypnotherapy work. I have a hypnotherapy practice in Central London and in Harrow. In my spare time, I am a certified Qigong and Zen Meditation teacher, running weekly classes, and applying somatic techniques to clients who may benefit from them. I am registered with the GHR and CNHC.
