We’ll explore the Confidence Loop, a proven method to build self-assurance, and how to use mental rehearsal to reprogram your mind for success.

Bio:
Psychotherapist with 20 years of experience working with teens, families, couples, and individuals in various settings including juvenile detention, diversionary court systems, methadone clinic, private practice, adventure therapy, and more. Have taught clinical skills at graduate level. Have been actively using hypnosis for about 10 years, and prior to that I used EMDR and some other alternative brain wave techniques.
