UKHC 2025 Speaker Video: Mario Rui Santos – Hypnotherapeutic approach to Guilt

Summer is here and we begin our build up to the 2025 UK Hypnosis Convention by sharing videos from this year’s line-up of speakers.

We are delighted to welcome Mário Rui Santos to the convention as a speaker for the first time. He will present “Hypnotherapeutic approach to Guilt – towards Self-Compassion and Self-Love” on Friday afternoon.

The Presentation:
Unhealthy guilt can quietly sabotage emotional well-being and limit a person’s capacity to grow. This session explores how to address guilt in a strategic and therapeutic way, increasing not only emotional relief but also a client’s sense of self-efficacy—the belief that they can make meaningful changes in their lives.

You’ll learn how to use hypnotherapeutic techniques such as hypnodrama and inner child work to help clients deconstruct and release lingering guilt, reconnect with compassion, and build a stronger, kinder inner dialogue. The focus is on creating space for healing and helping clients step into a more empowered and self-loving version of themselves.
