Presented by

Claude Andre Ribaux

This workshop shows you the quantum leap of active-alert hypnosis (AHH) (hypnosis through movement) and how you can use cutting-edge knowledge about flow experience directly for your success with your clients.

In the last five years, AAH has developed massively. So if you want to know what the current state of the art is and how it is linked to the experience of flow – one of the most important success factors of all – then this workshop is an absolute must. Here you will get the latest research and learn how you can use this knowledge directly for yourself and your results.

Contents:

a) Short overview of AAH: What it is, how it is created and what experiences have been made so far.
b) Group hypnosis session
c Latest experiences and research (AAH while running, AAH while learning, AAH while writing, AAH in physiotherapy, AAH for restless legs, mobilisation of the marginalised through AAH, AAH for completely demotivated clients, etc.).
e) Handling new movements (e.g. hands)
f) How to establish the inner search for flow with every client in every session, with a demo

The aim is to give participants more options for helping their clients to stop playing the role of the victim and start playing the role of the actor. This involves establishing a relentless focus on solutions in the thinking of both the hypnotist and the hypnotised.

You will learn how to help your clients escape the role of the victim attending help and catapult them into the role of true doers.

More entrepreneurship, more freedom, more innovation and creativity. These were the things I wanted to achieve when I set up my own business as a coach, consultant, therapist and expert in 1998. Before that, after studying social sciences and conducting field research, I spent 15 years at the Red Cross as a programme manager and head of department for personnel recruitment and management, strategy processes, training and financing. I specialised in crisis management and cooperation in the health sector. As an independent expert, I have worked with several European companies and organisations, including DaimlerChrysler, DHL, Swisscom, UBS AG and the German and Swiss governments. Since 1991, I have conducted over 15,000 solution-focused sessions as a trainer, coach and therapist. For 15 years I have been helping people in their jobs to achieve more FLOW, i.e. maximum performance with maximum well-being. I was also an active part of the groundbreaking Hypno-Science project at the University of Zurich, an expert consultant for research in the field of active-alert hypnosis for a study at the Charite Hospital in Berline, and a board member of the Swiss Professional Association for Hypnotherapy.
