General Information

  • UKHC is organised by UK Hypnotherapy Council Ltd.
  • The convention is open to attendees, speakers, and exhibitors from all hypnosis-related professions and associations.
  • By purchasing a ticket or attending the event, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Code of Conduct

At the UK Hypnosis Convention, we are committed to creating a professional, inclusive, and welcoming environment where all attendees, speakers, and event team feel safe, respected, and valued.

  • All participants are expected to conduct themselves with professionalism, respect, and courtesy at all times.
  • Disruptive, inappropriate, or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated.
  • The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone whose behaviour is deemed unacceptable, without a refund.
  • Engage in discussions and debates in a constructive and professional manner.
  • Respect personal boundaries and be mindful of the comfort and well-being of others.
  • If you experience or witness any concerns, please report them to a member of the UKHC Organising Team. All reports will be handled with discretion, and appropriate action will be taken.

Our goal is to ensure that the UK Hypnosis Convention remains a positive space where hypnosis professionals can connect, learn, and share ideas in a respectful and supportive atmosphere.

Ticket Purchases and Refund Policy

  • Cancellation Policy:
    • Prior to 1st April: Refunds will be processed minus a 10% administration fee.
    • 1st April – 18th August: Refunds will be processed minus a 25% administration fee.
    • 19th August – 18th October: Refunds will be processed minus a 40% administration fee.
    • After 19th October: No refunds will be granted.
  • Payment processor fees for refunds are outside the control of UKHC. Please check with your payment provider for details.
  • Tickets are non-transferable without prior written permission from UKHC.

Changes to the Event or Terms

  • UKHC reserves the right to modify event details, including the schedule, speakers, and venue, at its discretion.
  • Any significant changes will be communicated to attendees via email and the website.

Liability Disclaimer

  • UKHC is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event.
  • UKHC is not responsible for any financial losses incurred due to changes, cancellations, or postponements of the event.

Intellectual Property and Media Use

  • All materials presented at the convention remain the intellectual property of the respective presenters.
  • By attending the event, you consent to being photographed or filmed, with content potentially used in promotional material.

Accessibility and Special Requirements

  • UKHC aims to provide an accessible and inclusive event. Please notify us of any specific requirements during the booking process so we can accommodate your needs.

Privacy Policy

  • UKHC respects your privacy. Any personal information collected during ticket purchase or event registration is used solely for event purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
