In this talk, I will explore the critical role the menstrual cycle plays in women’s behaviour and physiology. I’ll highlight the importance of understanding hormonal fluctuations and why it’s essential to incorporate this knowledge into your hypnotherapy sessions. For example, the luteal phase can lead to increased anxiety and sleep disruptions, while ovulation can bring heightened confidence.
By understanding these changes, you can tailor your approach to each phase of the cycle, enhancing the effectiveness of your hypnotherapy. Failing to consider the menstrual cycle can lead to missed opportunities for deeper insight, less effective treatment, and potential frustration for clients who feel misunderstood or unsupported.
Aligning your sessions with the body’s natural rhythm allows you to support your clients more impactfully, fostering better outcomes and stronger therapeutic rapport.
This talk aims to encourage a more holistic and personalised approach to therapy – empowering both you and your clients by recognising the influence of fluctuating hormones on the body.
