Scott Sandland was recognized in the 1990s as the world’s youngest hypnotist and has spent the decades since pushing the boundaries of the profession—applying disruptive innovation to serve humanity. He co-founded HypnoThoughts Live, now the largest hypnosis convention in the world, and built HypnoThoughts.com, which became the most expansive free hypnosis resource of its time.

His clinical background spans hospitals, rehab centers, dental and medical offices, outpatient programs, and private practice. He also served as Executive Director of a mental health clinic. Scott has presented on stages around the world, speaking on hypnosis, at-risk youth, emerging technologies, and the ethics of AI.

Known for championing disruptive innovation with a heart, Scott drives progress not for headlines, but to empower the people who serve others. His mission is simple: help people who help people.
