What happened to the 2020 UK Hypnosis Convention?
Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the 2020 convention was rescheduled to 2021. All tickets purchased for the 2020 convention are valid in 2021 and we have carried over the speaker lineup and other such arrangements just adjusting the dates to ensure it runs Friday to Sunday as normal.

When is the 2021 UK Hypnosis Convention?

The convention runs for 3 days from Friday 12th November to Sunday 14th November 2020.

There are also Pre and Post Convention Workshops on Thursday 11th November and Monday 15th November. For full details will be posted on our website when these have been announced.

Where is the 2021 UK Hypnosis Convention held?

London Heathrow area – venue to be announced in due course.

How do I buy tickets?

Convention tickets (including Gala Dinner) and Workshop Tickets can (and indeed can only) be purchased on this website on this page.

If you hold tickets for the 2020 convention these have automatically been transferred to 2021 and you do not need to take any action.

Will my ticket be sent to me?

You will not be sent a ticket as you will be given your convention pass on arrival. You should receive an Order Acknowledgment from us and also a separate confirmation of your payment from PayPal. If you have not received confirmation email within 24hrs please contact us by email at admin@ukhypnosisconvention.org.

Can I get a refund for my ticket if I can’t come?

If you hold UKHC20 tickets for the cancelled 2020 convention note that we have automatically updated the refund policy in step with the move to the following year

Do I need to register when I arrive at the UKHC?

Yes. Please come to our Welcome Desk where we will register you and issue you with your pass and lanyard, this will allow you entry to convention events for the days you have booked to attend. Please wear your lanyard at all times, it is your entry ticket!

The Welcome Desk will be open from Thursday 11th November. Times to be confirmed

Is parking available?

We have not yet announced the venue due to changes due to the coronavirus and the uncertainty regarding the scheduling of refurbishment work at our previous venue. However we will be selecting a venue that has parking is available, though charges may apply.

Are there places to eat at the hotel and nearby?

Yes. When the venue has been announced you can contact the hotel or restaurant directly for information on menus, accessibility, food allergies and intolerances or anything else you need to know from them.

Entry to Presentations, Lightning Talks and Dinner

When attending any convention event your pass will be checked, please ensure you always have it with you. You will not be allowed entry without it.

What time does the convention start and finish each day each day?

Our full schedule with timings will be found on our website on the main schedule.

What time does my Pre/Post Convention Workshop start/finish each day?

All workshops run between 9 am and 6 pm unless specified otherwise.

Can I reserve a seat for a presentation?

We are unable to reserve seats, it’s first-come, first-seated! However, if you have special requirements, please speak to one of the our team at our Welcome Desk, and we will do our best to help.

All the presentation rooms have good capacity, however, due to strict safety rules, we have a limit on the number of people in each room which we cannot exceed. A member of UKHC team will be in the rooms at all times and will let anyone know if or when a room is full. If there are presentations you especially want to see, please get to the rooms on time.

Can I buy a ticket on the day?

Yes – if tickets are still available! Please email us to check availability.

Can I buy a last-minute ticket for the Gala Dinner?

We have to give the final numbers a few weeks before the event so cannot guarantee we will have tickets available. Please check with us at the Welcome Desk for any cancellations.

Gala Dinner – Dress Code

It’s your chance to dress up! No need for black tie, tuxedo or long gowns and tiaras, unless of course, you want to. Think, party outfits, impress the in-laws, new date, new boss – you get the idea!

If I have a complaint or problem at the Convention, who do I speak to?

Come to the Welcome Desk and we will direct you to the best person to deal with the issue.

After the convention, will I get a CPD Certificate?

Yes, these will be emailed to you within 30 days of the Convention on request to admin@professionalhypnotherapynetwork.org
