Information For Participants


We would like to ensure that you have been given all of the necessary information you need concerning your arrival, accommodation and participation in the UK Hypnosis Convention, 3rd-5th November 2017.

Here you will find all of the relevant information. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any further questions. We very much look forward to meeting you in person in London. We trust that you will enjoy the two days filled with useful information and make the most of the opportunities to network, catch up with old friends and make many new ones.

You can book using the button on the left and pay by credit card or PayPal. If you prefer not to pay by credit card you can pay using online banking. The bank details can be found on the registration information. At our convention welcome desk you will be provideed with the convention tickets, lanyard and badge and convention programme. The same applies to the pre- and post-convention seminars which must be booked and paid for separately.

Presentations and Seat Reservations

It is neither neccessary nor possible to reserve seats for individual presentations. We assume that the rooms are big enough to accomodate all participants. This year we have managed to reduce the number of simultaneous presentations while increasing the overall number of speakers and lectures!

Accommodation – Hotels

The UK Hypnosis Convention 2017 is returning to the Hilton, London in Canary Wharf. To take advantage of delegate rates on limited rooms, please use the link HERE


Please check in at the hotel by yourself. On Friday evening 3rd November we will organize an informal get together for speakers, aides and participants in the designated bar area of the hotel. This will commence at 7pm and in 2017 include a Q&A style panel that will be broadcast through Facebook Live. On Friday evening from 6 p.m. and on Saturday morning from 7.30 a.m. you can register yourself at the welcome desk in the convention lobby. There you will receive your personal badge and further conference documents.

Gala Banquet Saturday Evening with Keynote Speaker Mr Bob Burns

At 7.00 p.m. we will welcome our banquet guests in the convention area bar before asking you to join us for dinner and presentation that will commence at 7.45 p.m and include last years keynote speaker Adam Eason warmly introducing Bob Burns to do the honours in 2017.

Dresscode: We want people to feel comfortable so the dress code is smart casual for both our ladies and gentlemen. Please see photographs from our previous dinner to see how lovely everyone looked and how much fun was had! Costs: A three course meal are included in the price (of a purchased ticket). Following dinner and the keynote address, guests will have the use of the conventions private bar (unfortunately drinks not included).


On Saturday and Sunday there will be a one-hour lunch break. No presentations will be held during the lunch break and the hotel will provide guests with information with regards to lunch menus etc. Please pay the hotel directly for your food/refreshments as these are not inclusive in the convention price. Please allow for enough time to make sure that you are back in time for your presentations.

If you do not wish to eat at the hotel, there are numerous eateries within walking distance to choose from.

This year we have taken on board your comments and will also be providing hot drinks in between presentations throughout Saturday and Sunday.

 Feedback Forms

For every presentation we will provide you with feedback forms which will be collected after the lecture. There will be also a feedback form for the overall convention. 


Both, the hotel and we from the Hypnosis Convention are at your disposal at any time to answer your questions and provide you with information. 

Video- / Audio- Recording

Our presenters are incredibly generous with sharing knowledge and their expertise. Because of this generosity we simply ask that you clear any recording with the individual speakers before their presentations commence and obviously before sharing the subsequent recordings on social media and with students.

We are also in discussions with a company to record the majority of presentations in 2017. 


We are happy to allow photography during the convention. We simply ask all participants to respect eachother.

If you do not like being photographed, please inform us during the registration. Your badge will be marked accordingly. 

Sale of Products and Services, Courses, Advertisement for Lecturers

We will set up a sales room/area where products and services will be on offer. It is also possible to advertise for organisations and schools. If you are interested in a stall, please do not hesitate to contact us: info@ukhypnosisconvention.net We will send you the relevant conditions. Additionally we may consider offering a limited number of advertisement spaces in the convention programme. 


We will designate an area in the hotel where our lecturers can display their flyers/leaflets free of charge.

Presentations Schedule and Room Allocation

Due to organisational reasons there might be some changes with regards to scheduling and room allocation. We will announce any changes via the web and/or e-mail. The timetable will appear in due time on our homepage and attendees will receive one in advance of the convention. 

Pre- and Post-convention Seminars

We will hold various pre & post convention seminars. These seminars are not included in the price for attending the conference. Please book and pay for these seminars separately HERE.
